1. Plans & pricing
Connie offers a Free plan and two paid groups — Starter and Scale. Each paid plan includes a fixed monthly credit allowance billed monthly through Stripe.

Save ~15% with annual billing. Each paid plan is available with monthly or annual billing. Annual subscribers pay the listed annual price upfront and continue to receive their monthly credit allowance every month for 12 months. See Billing intervals for the full rules.
The prices listed above are reference defaults. Your actual checkout price comes from Stripe at the moment of purchase, and applicable local taxes may be added on top.
All paid plans currently include unlimited seats and unlimited connected accounts. Workspace credit usage is shared across all members.
2. Billing intervals (monthly & annual)
Every paid plan can be billed monthly or annually. The plan tier, included features and monthly credit allowance are identical between the two intervals — the difference is purely how often Stripe charges your card and the discount you get for committing to a year.
- Monthly — charged once per month. Your full monthly credit allowance is granted on the day of each successful charge. Cancellable at the end of any monthly period.
- Annual — charged once upfront for 12 months at roughly a 15% discount versus paying monthly. Annual purchases grant a 12× upfront credit amountwith a plan-credit cap of 24× monthly credits.
The Plans page shows a Monthly / Annual toggle when annual billing is enabled for your workspace. Each plan card displays the relevant per-period price for whichever interval you have selected.
Annual subscriptions follow the same cancel-at-period-end rules as monthly subscriptions — see Cancellation & resuming for what "period end" means in each case.
3. Free trial
A workspace on the Free plan can start one 14-day free trial of any paid plan, monthly or annual, from the Plans page. Adding a card is required to start it; you are not charged when the trial starts.
- During the trial you have the features of the plan you chose and 1,000 trial credits, whichever plan it is. Credit packs and auto top-up become available once the trial converts.
- Trial credits are for the trial. Any you haven't used expire when the trial ends, whether it converts, you start your plan early, you cancel, or the payment fails. Trial credits are used before credits you already had, and credits you had before the trial or receive during it never expire with it.
- When the trial ends, your card is charged the full price of the plan you chose and the subscription continues on that plan, monthly or annual, with its credit allowance (12× the monthly credits, upfront, for an annual plan).
- If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. The trial continues until its end date; then the workspace moves to the Free plan and unused trial credits expire. You can resume before then to keep the trial and convert as normal.
- If the charge at the end of the trial is declined, you have 7 days from the end of the trial to update your card. A new card is charged as soon as you save it, and we retry the charge in that time. Your plan starts as soon as a payment goes through. If none does, the workspace moves to the Free plan; you can subscribe again at any time. If your bank asks you to confirm the payment instead, you have 24 hours to confirm it.
- One trial per workspace, per user and per card. Prepaid cards cannot be used to start a trial.
4. Upgrades
Moving to a higher plan on the same billing interval takes effect immediately, and your renewal date does not change.
- You are charged the full difference between the new plan's price and your current plan's price for the current period, however many days of the period are left. There is no time-based proration.
- Your plan credits go up by the difference between the two plans' credit allowances for the period, subject to the new plan's plan-credit cap (see How credits work). From your next renewal you receive the new plan's full allowance.
- Monthly → annual (any plan). This is a new annual purchase. You are charged the full annual price of the plan you choose, you receive its 12× upfront credit grant, and your billing year starts that day. The unused part of your current month is not refunded or credited. Credits already in your balance stay.
- Annual → higher annual plan. Same rule as monthly: you pay the full difference between the two annual prices, you receive the difference between the two 12× grants, and your renewal date does not change.
- During a free trial. Choosing any plan, including a smaller one or a different billing interval, ends the trial right away. You are charged the full price of the plan you choose and receive its full credit allowance. Trial credits you have left expire with the trial.
- If the payment is declined, or your bank asks you to confirm it and you don't, your plan stays exactly as it was and no credits are added.
- Upgrading replaces any downgrade you had scheduled.
5. Downgrades
Moving to a lower plan, or from annual to monthly billing on any plan, takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Until then you keep your current plan, its features and its credits.
- Nothing is charged or refunded when you schedule a downgrade. At the end of the period the new plan starts, you are charged its price, and you receive its credit allowance.
- Annual → monthly always waits for your annual renewal date, even if the monthly plan you choose is a higher tier. Annual credits are granted upfront at the annual rate, so the year you paid for has to finish first.
- Existing credits are preserved. Plan and top-up credits already in your balance remain available; no credits are clawed back.
- If your plan credits are above the new plan's cap when it starts, they stay as they are, but its credit grant only adds what fits under the cap and the rest of that grant is forfeited. Spending below the cap later does not bring a forfeited grant back. Top-up credits do not count toward the cap.
- Until the switch happens, the Plans page shows the scheduled change and lets you cancel it. Only one change can be scheduled at a time.
6. Cancellation & resuming
Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your paid plan, its features and your credits until then, and you are not charged again.
- You can resume at any time before the period ends. Resuming undoes the cancellation: your plan renews as normal, and nothing is charged until your usual renewal date. While a cancellation is pending you cannot change plans; resume first.
- Cancelling replaces any downgrade you had scheduled.
- When the period ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan and plan-credit grants stop.
- Your credits stay. Plan and top-up credits already in your balance remain usable on the Free plan, except unused trial credits (see Free trial). Top-up credits never expire.
- Auto top-up keeps working until the plan ends, and is turned off when the workspace moves to the Free plan.
- No refunds. Payments already charged are non-refundable, including for the rest of the period after you cancel.
- If your last payment failed and your plan is past due, there is no paid period left to keep: cancelling ends the plan immediately and the workspace moves to the Free plan right away.
- Cancellation is managed from the Plans page in your workspace settings.
Annual plans
- On an annual plan, the end of the period is your annual renewal date. You keep the plan and its features until then.
- No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a prepaid year. The full 12× upfront grant stays in your balance and remains usable after the plan ends.
Re-subscribing after the plan ends
You can subscribe to a paid plan again at any time from the Plans page. Re-subscribing starts a fresh billing cycle and grants the credit allowance for the plan you choose, subject to the standard plan-credit cap.
7. How credits work
Each workspace has a credit balance split between two pools:
- Plan credits — granted automatically by your paid subscription: the full monthly allowance on the day of each successful renewal charge for monthly plans, or a 12× upfront grant on the day of purchase for annual plans. An upgrade adds the difference between the two plans' allowances (see Upgrades).
- Plan-credit cap. Your plan credits are capped at 2× the grant amount for the current interval (2× monthly for monthly plans, 24× monthly for annual plans). A grant that would push your plan credits above the cap only adds the amount needed to reach it; the rest is forfeited. Top-up credits do not count toward the cap.
- Top-up credits — credits you buy as a credit pack or that auto top-up adds. Top-up credits never expire and are not capped; they remain usable if you downgrade or cancel.
- No expiry on remaining plan credits. Plan credits already in your balance do not expire while your workspace remains active and roll over month to month within the cap.
When you spend credits we deduct from plan credits first, then from top-up credits, so purchased credits are only used once your plan credits run out.
Your plan credits, the plan-credit cap and your top-up credits are shown separately on the Billing settings page, along with recent transactions.
8. Top-ups & auto top-up
Credit packs and auto top-up are available on paid plans. Purchases are charged to your saved payment method through Stripe, and the credits are added to your top-up credits as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
Credit packs. From the Billing settings page you can buy one pack per purchase, or enter a custom dollar amount within the limits shown there; the page shows how many credits that amount buys before you pay.
Auto top-up buys credits automatically when your total balance drops to or below a threshold you choose:
- You choose the threshold (in credits) and the reload amount (in dollars). Each reload is charged immediately as a Stripe invoice to your saved card, which auto top-up requires.
- Monthly limit (optional). If you set one, auto top-up stops for the rest of the calendar month (UTC) once that many dollars of reloads have been charged, and starts again on the 1st. With no limit set, auto top-up keeps reloading every time your balance drops below the threshold.
- Failed charges. If a reload fails, no credits are added. A decline from your card (for example insufficient funds or an expired card) is not retried until you save a different card. Other failures are retried after a short wait; after 3 failures in a row, auto top-up is turned off and workspace admins are emailed.
- Auto top-up is turned off when the workspace moves to the Free plan. You can change or turn it off at any time from the Billing settings page.
9. Refunds
Subscription and top-up payments are generally non-refundable once charged. If a refund is issued through Stripe (whether full or partial), we automatically reverse a proportional amount of credits from your workspace balance to keep credits and dollars in sync.
- The reversed amount is calculated as
refund ÷ original charge × credits granted, and is capped at your current balance so it never goes negative. - The reversal is recorded as an
adjustmenttransaction in your billing history. - For refund requests please contact support; we may grant refunds at our discretion in cases such as accidental charges or service failures.
10. Disputes & past-due
If a chargeback or dispute is opened on a payment for your workspace, we mark the workspace as having an open dispute. While a dispute is open the following actions are blocked:
- Starting or upgrading subscriptions and trials.
- Buying credit packs and using auto top-up.
- Resuming a plan that is set to cancel.
You can still cancel an active subscription while a dispute is open. Once the dispute is resolved (won or lost), the block is lifted automatically.
If your subscription payment fails and enters a past-due state, you receive a 7-day grace period before the workspace is moved off the paid plan. Update your payment method via the Stripe billing portal to resolve past-due charges: the new card is charged for the past-due amount as soon as you save it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Billing Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-product and via email to workspace owners. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
