Get Instagram Trending Reels
Discovers reels through Instagram's public Popular pages and current featured topics, with pagination handled internally. Each reel's actual publication timestamp is checked: posts older than seven days, posts with unavailable dates, and unavailable posts are excluded. Results are deduplicated within each response and ordered by available play counts. This is recent popular-Reels discovery, not Instagram's official global trending ranking or a measure of view growth. Returns up to 12 reels, and repeated calls can overlap. Returns `reels` with shortcode, URL, caption, publication date, media URLs, available engagement counts, and user info. Missing engagement counts may be null.
